Warranty period differs with each product. You may see the warranty available on each product page. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any products that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

You are required to provide a detailed description of fault and supporting documents (photos or videos, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault before approaching us at info@smotor.asia. We will then reply you within 2 business days.

  1. Search for the product
  2. Navigate to the product page
  3. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ for the item you want
  4. View your cart
  5. Check and ensure cart details are correct, insert coupon code (if there’s any)
  6. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  7. Fill in and ensure your Billing Details are correct
  8. Choose your preferred payment method
  9. Proceed to payment
  10. Proceed to the shipping method you selected (Local Pickup/Shipping)

You will need to be an user in order to place an order. You will be prompted for registration upon checkout. Once you are an user, you will be able to track your order status and payment.

Please note that you may lost your cart if you are not login.

You may track your order status under My Account > My Orders. We will notify you by email every time the status has been updated.

Upon successful payment made, an electronic order receipt together with a unique Order Reference Number will be sent to your email address. You are advised to print a copy of the Order Receipt and present as proof if you select local pickup as the shipping method.

If you are ordering large furniture products, we recommend you to measure the space such as corridors, doorways and elevator where the products will pass by before the destination.

You may make your payment directly into our bank account via ATM transfer or internet banking just like how you transfer funds to your friends in Malaysia. Our bank details will be shown and sent to you once the order is confirmed. Please ensure you write the order number in the reference.

In general, it takes one-week time to arrive your home after the successful payment. The delivery time for backorder varies and depends on the products. Our customer service will constantly update you.

Yes. The shipping rate may vary depending on the item size and the shipping address. You can see the shipping rate in checkout page. However, free shipping to Singapore and Johor Bahru area is given in condition with RM 3,000.00 in total purchase amount.

You may approach us for the reschedule of the timing.

We do deliver on Saturday and Sunday upon request, additional worker charge may apply.

No. Our logistic partner will ship out based on their schedule.

If you are not able to be home during the delivery window, you can authorize someone to receive the goods on your behalf. Should there be any issues on the delivered items, it will need to be reported to the delivery personnel and noted down on the delivery order. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery.

You can inform the deliveryman to locate your parcels at secret places such as mail box and etc. However, additional delivery charge applies for the reschedule if you are not present at the shipping address when the delivery arrives.

We do not offer an option to change item for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you to place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at info@smotor.asia. Cancellation charges may apply.

If you wish to amend shipping address for existing order, kindly write to us at info@smotor.asia or WhatsApp with us immediately.

Coupon codes can be used in your cart and during checkout.

  1. Enter your coupon code in the coupon code box and click “Apply Coupon”.
  2. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount.

Please note that you may need to log in to your account in order to use your coupon. Make sure to check if the coupon has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.

Please also note that coupons sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your cart.

We are unable to apply coupon codes for existing orders. Coupon codes must be entered before you have checked out your order.

Each coupon code may have different terms on minimum purchase and expiry period.

Please make sure your coupon is still valid and your order amount exceeds the minimum spend required.
